Her experience in this role has equipped her with patience, adaptability, and a keen attention to detail—qualities that translate seamlessly into her work in escrow. Marley is trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), further enhancing her ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in high-pressure situations. She is known for delivering outstanding customer service, building trust with clients, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and efficiency.
