Madison Waldrop is an Escrow Assistant at Ticor Title, bringing a strong customer-first mindset and a lifelong connection to the real estate industry. Born and raised in Coos County, Madison grew up surrounded by the world of real estate, inspired by her father, who is a local realtor. This early exposure gave her a genuine understanding of the home buying and selling process and a passion for helping clients feel confident every step of the way. A graduate of North Bend High School—home of the Bulldogs—Madison has always been deeply rooted in her community while also embracing opportunities to explore beyond it. Her adventurous spirit led her to travel internationally, including an experience as a nanny in France, where she broadened her cultural perspective and developed strong communication skills. Before joining the escrow field, Madison built a solid foundation in customer service, working as a Customer Service Administrator and barista. These roles strengthened her attention to detail, organization, and ability to create positive, welcoming experiences for the people she serves. Outside the office, Madison enjoys staying active and making the most of the outdoors. She loves camping, cycling, and spending time in warm weather whenever she can. Her energetic and friendly personality carries through in both her personal and professional life, making her a valuable part of the Ticor Title team.
