Ticor Title, Having used Ticor, and other title companies for numerous transactions in the last 24 years, I have found Kathy Freeman to be an excellent agent. Whenever I have a transaction with Kathy, I can depend on it being done in a professional, timely manner, and accurately. When I need to check on some aspect, Kathy is so well organized, that I have an answer in minutes. Should she not be available for some reason, one of her well trained staff can normally get my answer just as quickly. Kathy Freeman is the consumate professional. I can always rely on her and her staff to take care of my client and transaction. Kathy always respects and guards my relationship with our Realtor partners. The staff at the Coos Bay office is friendly and willing to help whether the need is title or escrow.
